Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.

Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please verify your coverage prior to your appointment. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance, including deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.
Self-Pay
Competitive self-pay rates are available for patients without insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

- A reliable internet connection and compatible device with camera and microphone are required.
- Technical difficulties on your end may be considered a late cancellation.
- Telehealth is not appropriate for all conditions or crisis situations. Your provider will advise if in-person care is needed.
- You consent to receive psychiatric services via telehealth, understanding the limitations of this modality.
User Conduct
